Who We Are
We are a local business located in Southend on sea, and cover all over Essex and Greater London. With a decade of experience in Telecoms, it was after that Tony set up his own security company and started contracting out to other companies. One of the contracts was installing a security and door entry system at the Royal Opera house London.
From then he started getting his own work and building the company up just concentrating on installing high end CCTV and alarm systems.
We pride ourselves on a high level of workmanship on all jobs,and most of all our work comes from recommendation.
Why Use Us
We have been installing CCTV and Alarms systems for over 20yrs. We are trained on the up to date technology both Dahua and visonic offer. A lot of the training courses are online, and new updates are sent to us once a week so we try to be ahead of everyone else in the trade.
We use Dahua CCTV equipment who are one of the global leaders in CCTV, they specialise in High end products. We also use Visonic Alarm systems; this manufacturer is owned by Tyco, an American company who also own ADT alarms. Visonic are also one of the leaders in this technology and we are proud to be PLATINIUM installers.
ALL our security systems are built to your exact needs, no two jobs are the same, we take pride in design and build both for residential and commercial properties, and our manufacturers also offer this service to us for those bigger jobs.
We are a local company in southend on sea, fully insured and trained in what we do. All customers are treated as equals no mater how big or small the job.
We offer each customer an agreed date to carry out installation, if for some reason this doesn't suit we can always change to a date that suits better.
Once you receive our QUOTE that is the price you will pay..... no hidden extras, we never estimate a job for that exact reason, if you request additional work we will tell you how much there and then.
We offer an aftersales technical back up either by phone or site visit, if we cannot answer there and then our technical people from the manufacturer are on the end of the phone for us to resolve any issues.
Most of our work comes from recommendation we have a 100% feedback from past customers that were more than happy with their set up; we will beat any other price as long as it is to the same spec we give.
